Individual Development Plans built on OPM 360 results
  In 2009, TFC coaches worked with 25 senior agency leaders to distill the results of their OPM 360 report, identify areas for growth, create individual development plans and get into action for change.  
Faculty speakers at TEI
  In 2008, TFC returned as presenters to the Treasury Executive Institute with a new program Team Coaching: A New Paradigm.   Participating senior federal leaders learned how to make the distinction between team coaching and one-on-one coaching, how to identify productivity and positivity team strengths and how to measure these dimensions of team performance.  
Team measures performance on 14 key dimensions
  In 2008, TFC systems coaches implemented the Team Alignment and Productivity Systems™ (TAPS) for an 8 member team of senor federal leaders.  The Team Diagnostic Assessment was administered to measure the 7 Productivity and 7 Positivity strengths thus creating a team performance profile from the inside out.  The team met in a retreat setting to digest their results, identify priority areas for improvement and create an action plan to improve team performance.  In the following months the team met with coaching support to forward the action and create sustainable change.
