Team
measures performance on 14 key dimensions
In 2008, a
large automotive supplier engaged TFC to implement the Team Alignment and
Productivity Systems™ (TAPS) for an 8 member Human
Resources Leadership team. The
Team Diagnostic
Assessment was administered to measure team
performance for the 7 Productivity and 7 Positivity
strengths thus creating a team performance profile
from the inside out. The team met in a retreat
setting to digest their results, identify priority
areas for improvement and created an action plan.
In the coming months the team will meet with the
support of their coach to forward the action and create sustainable
change. In addition to performance improvement,
the HR professionals also gained a hands on
understanding of the mechanics and impact of
professional coaching.
Rapidly
growing team gets clarity
Beginning
in 2005, a large national association
engaged TFC systems coaches to support their staff.
The team had experienced explosive growth during the
previous 12 months and initially the coaching focused
on role confusion and alignment. In subsequent
retreats and coaching sessions the team continues to
focus on building productivity and positivity
strengths as well as transition within the team.

In 2008, the legal
department of a multi-national conglomerate re-engaged
TFC to facilitate a unique retreat. TFC
collaborated the previous year to design and
facilitate a new best practice within the legal
profession.
The law department
launched roundtable discussions
enabling the
exchange of ideas to
promote diversity with and between its major law
firms. Collaborating to design a dialogue to evoke the desired atmosphere and outcomes, TFC
then facilitated discussions the day of, helping
the community to identify priority items and design
next steps.
