| Heather Bradley, CPCC and
Miriam Bamberger Grogan, CPCC, are co-founders and principals of The
Flourishing Company. TFC works with law
firms, corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations,
coaching high potential employees, conducting workshops and training
sessions, and consulting on a variety of special projects. |

Bradley and Grogan are graduates of
the Certification Program (CPCC) offered by The Coaches Training Institute,
the first program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and
among the first 50 graduates of the Organization and Relationship Systems
Program offered by CTI.
They are both active members of the International Coach Federation.

Bradley, specializes in
human resource integration for companies growing through mergers or
acquisitions. In 15+ years as a senior human resources executive, she has
supported leadership teams in an array of human resources disciplines.
Heather served as Vice President, Human Resources of Owens Corning, a
Fortune 500 manufacturing firm. She holds a BA in Psychology from York
University.

Grogan has more than 15
years experience working with companies of all sizes, from sole
practitioners to Fortune 500 companies. She has worked in a variety of
industries including banking, publishing, association and physical
rehabilitation, both with for-profit and non-profit organizations. She
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude,
from The George Washington University.
